So smart watches are all the rage right? People are queuing on the streets to grab one (probably), taking them home and then putting them in the drawer when they realize it’s yet another thing that needs to be kept charged every day. Boring. Who needs more hassle, when there’s enough to cope with using phones, cameras, music players and stuff?
This No-Charge Smart Watch uses one set of batteries for a whole year. That’s right, a year, remember those? It connects to your Android or iPhone device via Bluetooth of course, but it’s the new low power Bluetooth Smart (remember we wrote about it a while back?), which is how the long life is happening.
When someone calls your phone, the dial on the watch will light up with the caller ID, and the phone can also let you know about incoming emails, texts, or social stuff and calendar events. You’ve even got buttons on the side to take photos with your phone or control the music tracks. Neat. The watch itself is stainless steel with a toughened glass face and costs $179.95.
Not bad but prefer the Hyetis Crossbow
