Image Color Picker – find out exactly what that color in the photo is

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked at a photo and thought that something in it was the perfect color for some other project. You’ve probably had it happen to you before too. The site Image Color Picker lets you grab colors from any photo for your needs.

You can either upload a picture from your hard drive or use a photo from online. Once you’ve chosen your picture it will be displayed on the site. Then all you need to do is click the color you’re interested in. The site gives you the HEX and RBG value of the shade you’ve chosen.

You can use this information in conjunction with other programs and sites to create color palettes and looks. It may take a little bit of time, clicking around and transferring color information but if you’re looking for the perfect combination, it might well be worth it. You can test out the site for free.
