Screw camera.

Screwcamera

The Spy-003 Screw Camera. £93.99 including transmitter, receiver and cable. There is probably a screamingly funny joke lurking inside this entry somewhere, involving Paris Hilton, a chocolate eclair and David Beckham. But we’re not going there this year dear, oh no.

This exciting new product can only be used internally and allows the use of tiny disguised colour cameras which can be secreted and appear to be…the top of a screw.

This is a really good idea – noone would ever suspect a screw. If the entire system was wireless, battery powered, and the size and shape of a screw, so you could just take the camera and screw it into the wall – that would be even cooler. Not that this isn’t cool, too.

Oh yeah, you mean the joke about Paris Hilton eating a chocolate eclair while watching David Beckham play footie? That one’s a laugh-tacular!

The camera seems really nice – but I wonder how good the resolution is for uses like security, or dirty old men who want to spy on Paris Hilton eating pastries while watching a soccer match.

  3. Red says:

Now look, I have it on very good authority that it wasn’t a soccer match, it was a fashion show. So leave it, ‘K? And as for resolution, mmm….some of these pinhole cameras really do quite well nowadays. In colour too. And low light.

  5. Red says:

  6. IanM says:

A webcam called “screw camera” that “can only be used internally”
    _internally_?!!

Hardly worth bringing Paris and Becks into it, really; this joke’s written itself!
