FridgeCam – keep track of what’s in your fridge with your smartphone

Quick! What’s in your refrigerator? You probably can’t answer with any certainty, even if you literally just looked in there. The contents of the fridge is a pretty forgettable thing which is a problem because then we end up wasting food since we’ve completely forgotten about it. With the FridgeCam, you’ll always be able to see what’s in the icebox.

This device takes a photo of the inside of your fridge and sends it to you. Do you have milk? Juice? Leftovers from take-out? I don’t know! But the FridgeCam does. You can use the device and the free app to check on what you have to eat at anytime. That’s not all it does though.

It also has inventory lists features, which it learns to populate based on what you generally buy. It will also keep track of sell by dates for you so you don’t come home to a half gallon of milk that’s gone all sour. Very helpful little device for people who have a hard time keeping track of their fridge contents which is honestly all of us.
