Web-A-Skeb – check out this digital Etch-A-Sketch

Did you have an Etch-A-Sketch as a child? Fun little art toy, iconic device really. Chances are you probably never got really good at, the only people who did are masters with it but for the rest of us, it was lines with various curves. Now you can relive that experience with the Web-A-Skeb, the digital copy of the classic toy.

This is a web version of the toy. Red border, gray work area, two dials and your time is all it needs. It works on computer and mobile. To be honest the mobile version is better because you can use both dials at once and get curved lines. On the computer, you can only work one dial at a time for straight lines.

You can shake it to clear it, just like the original it takes a few shakes to go completely clear. Unlike the original, this one has a “fancy” option where you can have a rainbow line instead of just darker gray. If you’re in the mood for nostalgia, check out it.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.
