Pump an’ slump.

Nemosako2

The Nemo Sako is my kind of tent. Forget about tent poles, ropes, tangled encounters with wild creatures, this puppy is a pump up tent. No, not a toy, a real sized, fully featured $495.00 tent that you pump up to erect. Yes, indeedy, put the kettle on!

Sako is designed for the weight conscious backpacker who isn’t ready to sacrifice comfort. It’s a streamlined design, with enough space inside for gear, and plenty of headroom. Ventilation is top priority with Sako. Three doors with mesh and six vents insure excellent air circulation whether it’s a clear starry night, or pouring rain.

  • 6.25lbs is not a light tent. The Burrito is a better weight, but there are plenty of conventionally designed tents weighing less. Then there’s the weight of the pump to add…

  • Good point. Not to mention the weight of the laptop…
