The Braille Book.

Braillebook

Sergio Trujillo’s Braille Book (or bBook) is an electronic book for the blind that looks interesting. Faintly iPod like, it raises and lowers small nodules to simulate the Braille language. It’s got rechargeable batteries and uses Bluetooth to grab it’s eBook material. Nice idea indeed, but is it a better option than audio books? Only time and the customer reaction will tell.

That would be perfect for an old friend of mine who was both deaf and blind.

    Ah, I see. Thanks.
