ExpressPDF. Free online service that lets you convert your Word documents and/or website pages to PDF. Nice idea, although it appears to take quite a long time to actually dispense the processed document. [Update: hmm…didn’t work for me…]
ExpressPDF is an online service that lets you convert your Microsoft Office documents to PDF. This service can also convert Web pages to PDF ! It’s FREE, we hope you will enjoy it ;-)
Or you could just use CutePDF writer which is free, instant and doesn’t require you to upload your private documents to the interweb.
*points at Chris’s comment and nods*
Updated update: Aha, document (web page of the Ferret) finally arrived two days after request. We’re not talking Fed-Ex speeds here folks. Wonder also whether it was prompted by seeing the Ferret referrers coming in.
Final point on the CutePDF Writer thang – yes you could use that, but the advantage of this as a web app is that you can use it on the fly no matter where you are in the world to get your docs PDF’d PDQ. :-)
I’ve been using pdf995 for about a year.
Another freeware prod.
It converts anything I’ve
tried to a .pdf…web pages too.
(static though, read unchangeable)
It opens a add page for the rest of their products.
