EX Hybrid Controller combines work and play in one phone case

I don’t know about you, but I miss the days that we had keypads on our phones. The tactile experience added something special to texting or playing games, and spelling actually mattered (auto-correct is the bane of my existence). While there’s nothing wrong with a touchscreen surface, it’s just nice to have an actual keyboard. Not to mention that games are vastly improved when you don’t have your fingers covering the screen.

Brush Buddies Psy Singing Toothbrush – the toothbrush that keeps youngsters brushing…and dancing

Can we officially state here and now that we love the idea of these Brush Buddies singing toothbrush products? Anything that helps young peeps brush their teeth properly, even if it involves the poor hapless parents having to listen to 2 minutes of a strange guy called Psy wittering on about some sort of ‘gangster smile‘ or something, has got our vote.

LUNA mini will bring out your natural glow

When someone recognizes you, it’s probably because they saw your face. That’s the quickest way we identify with people. This is why many often worry about their skin care, and/or wear makeup. You can use chemical cleaners or natural methods, but the hardest things to deal with are enlarged pores, blocked up follicles, and of course, acne.

ZoneGuard is one sleek…weather alert radio?

When I think of an alert radio, I think of functionality. If a storm rolls in that knocks the power out, you’re going to want to know what’s going on, so you turn to your radio. Emergency weather radios we’ve seen before have had flashlights, a T.V., and convenient handles if you need to move to a safer location. Of course, there are always different ends of the spectrum for any product, and a weather alert radio doesn’t have to…

THL W5 Smartphone – probably the best dual SIM smartphone you’ll find anywhere at this price [Review]

Regular readers will know that we’ve been tracking low cost Chinese smartphones for a number of years, starting with the tacky and almost hilarious iPhone clones, and their other cheap Android cousins. Well times move on, and the Chinese no longer worry about copying the Apple marque, now they’re just into building better products which work well and have some style. Breakout domestic brands like Huawei and ZTE are already snapping at the heels of the major Western brands, but…

BBK BitTorrent Box – HD Android media player streams torrents to your TV

Many years ago one of the big questions on the minds of consumer electronics executives was how to merge the living room TV, the games PC and the Internet into something that was greater than the sum of their parts. Cable didn’t really do it properly, games consoles also delivered only part of the story, and eventually the subject went away as mobile devices and tablets took over the collective attention. Funny thing is, it now looks like the process…

CST-01 is the world’s thinnest watch

We’ve looked at so many watches in the past. Some are meant for rough environments, others are just for show. It’s a common trait among watches to have a watch “face” that protrudes from the wrist band. They tend to be a little on the bulky side because of this, and generally are taken off if you have to sit at a computer all day. If you had a timepiece that was light as air and thin as a credit…

Pluck is an egg yolk vacuum

Breakfast has often been called the most important meal of the day. It’s your jumping point for the rest of the trials that lay ahead of you. While it is imperative that you consume something before going about your way, it’s also good to eat something that is good for you, like egg whites. The only problem with this, is that they’re a pain to separate from the yolk. If you’re not too keen on juggling the yolk back and…
