Those professional telephone headsets that you see being worn by high-powered office types are well and good but pretty darn pricey, especially if they’re wireless. Chinavasion can help out with its Bluetooth Landline Phone Adapter. Just hook it up to the back of your telephone, pair it up with a Bluetooth headset (you can store 8 pairings) and roam.
It works up to 100 metres away, and you can answer and hang up via your headset. You can even hook up the adapter to your PC via 3.5mm cables and switch your headset between the PC and the Phone, for VoIP, chat or whatever. Now that’s nifty. Powered by USB or AC mains. ~US$40.
This easy to use Bluetooth phone adapter allows you to use any Bluetooth headset with your landline telephone for wireless communication. Simply connect the phone line to the Bluetooth adapter, turn your Bluetooth headset to ON, then press the PAIR button on the Bluetooth adapter. That’s it! You know have the freedom to move around your home or office while talking on your landline phone!

Checkout for Chinavision (who sells this product) is insecure. I wouldn't be ordering from them!
Keith, I think you'll find that the Chinavasion site only takes Paypal and direct bank transfer, neither of which requires you to enter your credit card details on their site. Therefore they don't need SSL protection, just normal locked down checkout cart for your account details.
We have heard no security complaints from people from our other posts. We feature a fair number of Hong Kong and Chinese mainland retail and wholesale sites on the Ferret, and we try to keep to the brand names which have a reputation to uphold.
Hope that helps.

Don, I too have the Phonak hearing aids and I'm having a heck of a time finding a landline, expandable, bluetooth phone system that will work. I have contacted Phonak but them give me old models of phones and the newer models haven't done the trick. Did you receive any answers to this ???
