Have you ever wanted to get a tattoo but are worried you won’t like how it looks on you? This is a real fear because tattoos are forever. Now you can try them out before hand with Ink Hunter, the real time tattoo trial app.

This app uses augmented reality to let you try on tattoo designs beforehand to see if you REALLY like them and want to walk around with them for the rest of your life or if it’s just a passing fantasy. You can choose a tattoo from their gallery or you can try sketch of your own. Use your phone to see how it looks on the body part of your choice.

Then you can take a picture and send it to people you know to get feedback on the idea or just freak them out with some crazy piece of art that you “got”. Right now the app is only available for Apple devices but there are plans to release it for Android and Windows products. Ink Hunter is a free app.
