WAVList.com is a search site devoted to bringing you sound clips from…. Mmm, do I detect a trend here? OK, so the latter hasn’t been updated since July, so maybe not a fair comparison.

The Paron MPC is a Linux powered PDA with mobile phone built in. It also supports Bluetooth support and rather interestingly has a fingerprint identification pad included as standard. Hmm, neat idea for a PDA phone. No idea on price but company blurb here.

Michael Robertson is promising to deliver a LindowsOS (i.e. Linux) powered DocuNote tablet computer (see below) for around $500.00. Which is definitely the right side of the ball park to entice purchasers. Mind you he’s justifying the lack of handwriting recognition (Lindows doesn’t support it, of course) by saying that nobody wants it anyway. Nice argument. Your call Mr Buyer. The Veo PhotoTraveller digital camera add-on for Palm PDAs plugs straight into the SD slot of your Palm. It’s got a swivel head for self portraits an’ stuff, and costs around $99.00. There’s also a special version for the PocketPC.

The Flexis FX100 flexible silicon keyboard seems like an interesting solution to the PDA typing dilemma. It’s got all the keys and it wraps around the PDA, so what more could you ask for? Priced at around $59.95.

Mmm, this one’s definitely weird in a logical sort of way. The Atari Classic 10 in 1 doobry is a $19.99 joystick which comes with 10 old arcade games stored in its memory banks. SMS2email provides a set of services offering SMS to Email and vice versa. There’s a free SMS to email service on their Web site, and you can sign up for more sophisticated stuff as needed. SMS is kool.

I’m not sure that it’s such a good idea to name your remote control device Kameleon (it’s hard enough trying to locate the things down the back of sofas as it is) but even so this looks to be an interesting product. It’s basically one long-ish EL screen, which configures itself according to the function. Which makes it a sort of universal remote on steroids I suppose. Priced at �69.99. [via slashdot]

Is the Monster Crawler search engine (‘Search all the major search engines with just one click’) as good as it sounds. Probably not, if only because as far as I can tell it doesn’t feature Google. Still, it’s worth a look.
