The result is something which you can cycle when it suits you, and will also give more than 100 mpg from the 50cc motor version when motoring.
We’re not exactly sure what this is all about, in terms of the hard core technology, but the end result seems to be rather impressively scary for those who might wish to damp down on free speech over teh internets.
