Bogus weather reports can say it’s a 30% chance, so you risk going out without an umbrella and boom, absolute downpour while you’re half-way to your destination. Toting around one of those long umbrellas is annoying, and while the small ones are useful, it takes an uncomfortable minute of slogging through the rain to get it fully opened.
