Cutting out red meat is often cited as one of the ways we can help reduce our carbon footprints. Popular Science holds a yearly event called No Red October where they encourage readers to cut out cow. They’ve published a handy guide with some tips for cutting down the beef. Even if you’re not participating, here’s some advice you can incorporate to lower the amount of red meat in your diet.
